The Napoleon PRO Series stainless steel rib and roast rack is a two-in-one barbecue accessory for smoking or roasting ribs, as well as holding roasts, chickens and turkeys. Its rib supports hold racks upright, leaving space around them for smoke to circulate.
For roasting, place the rack over a drip tray, roasting pan or baking sheet to collect drippings. The rack can be used on gas or charcoal barbecues and fits full-sized Napoleon barbecue grills and Napoleon charcoal kettle grills. Integrated handles help with moving it; the stainless steel becomes hot during use, so handle it with heat-resistant gloves.
